In 1921 Morris Sokol hit the dirt roads of Charleston on bicycle, peddling his goods to the masses. His natural salesmanship earned him a market, while his business mind developed his presence. From a peddling street vendor, Morris Sokol grew his vision into the reality of Morris Sokol Furniture.
Morris’ vision is alive today through his son, Joseph Sokol. The fundamental principals are still the foundation of Morris Sokol Furniture as it thrives from its original space of 510 King Street.
