She could write a book with her health knowledge; she is the ultimate testament to a raw, organic diet and the amazing power of yoga. In fact, Miss Freida is probably at her second yoga class of the day if you’d like to join her. She could also write a book on her hilarious mishaps and misunderstandings that have been cleverly dubbed, “Freida-isms”! They keep everyone in stitches, like wet-your-pants funny stuff! From answering phones, to buying at markets, to prospecting new suppliers, Miss Freida is a hands-on member of Morris Sokol’s daily activity, and any day without her is not nearly as bright!
